Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between bm33 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bm33 platform at bm33.io ("the Platform"). These Terms apply to all products and services offered by bm33, including sports betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, card games, and VIP loyalty programmes.

By accessing or using any part of the bm33 Platform, you ("the Player", "you", "your") unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required to immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one has already been registered.

These Terms should be read alongside the bm33 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and bm33. In the event of any conflict between documents, these Terms take precedence unless otherwise stated.

bm33 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be published at bm33.io/terms-conditions with the effective date clearly displayed. Where changes are material, bm33 will endeavour to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account. Continued use of the Platform after a revised version is published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Eligibility & Registration

To register a bm33 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the entire duration of your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bm33 operates a strict minimum age policy in accordance with responsible gaming best practices. Providing false information about your age during registration is a serious breach of these Terms.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under local law. You are solely responsible for verifying the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by bm33 or any third-party responsible gambling organisation.
• You must not be a bm33 employee, director, officer, contractor, agent, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the bm33 Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bm33 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, withhold pending withdrawals, and void any open bets or bonus balances without prior notice.

bm33 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal. Acceptance of a registration application does not constitute a guarantee of ongoing access to the Platform.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bm33 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. bm33 will never ask you for your password via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone.

You must not share your account login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you or carried out by someone else with access to your credentials.

If you believe that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must contact the bm33 support team immediately via the contact details provided on the Platform. bm33 will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation; however, bm33 cannot be held liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where the player has not taken reasonable precautions to secure their account.

• Use a strong, unique password for your bm33 account that is not used on any other platform.
• Do not log in to your bm33 account from shared or public devices.
• Ensure your registered mobile number is current and accessible, as OTP verification is used for sensitive account actions.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or mobile devices.

Deposits & Payments

bm33 supports deposits via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though bm33 reserves the right to apply account-level deposit caps where required by responsible gaming policy or platform security considerations.

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bm33 does not charge any platform fee on deposits. However, players should be aware that their mobile financial service provider may apply standard transaction fees in accordance with that provider's own terms and conditions — bm33 has no control over and accepts no liability for such third-party charges.

You may only deposit funds using a payment method that is registered in your own name and linked to your verified bm33 account. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or business associates — are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is detected, bm33 reserves the right to return the funds to the originating account, suspend the player account pending investigation, and void any bets or bonuses funded by the disputed deposit.

bm33 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds for large deposits or unusual deposit patterns. This may include bank statements, mobile financial service transaction history, or other financial documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until the matter is resolved.

Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of available funds from their bm33 account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. bm33 does not charge a platform fee on withdrawals; the full requested amount will be dispatched to your registered payment method.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the verified payment method registered to your bm33 account. It is not possible to withdraw funds to a different mobile wallet, bank account, or payment method not on file. This policy exists to protect players from fraud and to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete the full KYC verification process, which includes submitting a valid government-issued photo identification document (NID or passport) and confirming ownership of your registered payment method. KYC verification is a one-time requirement; once completed, it does not need to be repeated for subsequent withdrawals unless bm33 has reasonable grounds to request updated documentation.

• Standard processing time: Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval during normal operating hours.
• Maximum processing time: All approved withdrawals will be dispatched within 24 hours of the request being submitted, including during peak periods.
• VIP members: Gold, Diamond, and Elite tier VIP members benefit from priority withdrawal processing as specified in the VIP programme documentation.
• Pending bets: Funds that are staked on open or unresolved bets are not available for withdrawal until those bets are settled.

bm33 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, bm33 will notify the player and conduct a review within a reasonable timeframe. Where the review results in account suspension, the relevant funds will be held pending the outcome.

Bonuses & Promotions

bm33 offers a range of bonuses, promotional offers, free bets, cashback rewards, and VIP loyalty benefits to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all bm33 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts in good standing only. Accounts under review, suspended, or self-excluded are not eligible.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated on the specific offer page.
• Bonuses may only be used on the game categories or betting markets specified in the offer. Using bonus funds on ineligible games may result in the bonus being voided.
• The maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings may be capped. Where a cap applies, it will be clearly stated in the offer terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside the wagering process, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the bm33 Platform are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, and event type. General betting conditions that apply across all markets are set out below.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once a unique bet reference number has been generated and displayed to the player. bm33 does not accept liability for bets that were not confirmed due to connectivity issues on the player's device or network.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet submission are indicative; the odds displayed on the confirmation screen are binding.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and will be displayed on the bet slip. bm33 reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake limits at its sole discretion.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void where the underlying event is cancelled, postponed beyond the specified deadline, or where a clear and obvious pricing error has been made by bm33. Voided bets are returned to the player's account balance in full.
• Live in-play betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. bm33 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. Bets placed after the outcome of an event is known — including where a delay in the live stream results in the player having advance knowledge of the outcome — will be voided.
• Cricket markets: BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and all Bangladesh Tigers fixtures are subject to cricket-specific rules published on the Cricket betting page. In all cases, official match results as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB) will be used to settle bets.

Casino & Game Rules

All casino games available on the bm33 Platform — including live dealer games, RNG slot titles, crash games, and card games — are supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, and Spribe. Each game is governed by the rules embedded within the game itself, which players are expected to review before wagering real money.

bm33 acts as an agent in facilitating access to these games and is not the game developer or operator. In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session, the game provider's own malfunction rules will apply. bm33 will endeavour to assist in the resolution of disputes between players and game providers but cannot guarantee outcomes where the fault lies within the provider's systems.

• Random Number Generators: All RNG games use independently certified random number generators. Outcomes are determined solely by the RNG and cannot be influenced by bm33, the player, or any third party.
• Live dealer games: Live casino sessions are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. In the event of a stream interruption, the game round will be resolved based on the available recorded footage from the studio. Bets placed on a round that cannot be resolved due to technical failure will be voided and the stake returned.
• Crash games: Aviator and other crash format titles operate on provably fair algorithms. The multiplier at which the round ends is determined before the round begins and cannot be altered. bm33 does not guarantee minimum multiplier values on any crash game round.
• Card games: Callbreak, Dragon Fishing, and Teen Patti are subject to game-specific rules displayed within each game. bm33 does not guarantee the availability of any specific card game at any given time.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bm33 Platform. Engaging in any of the following behaviours constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering an account for the purpose of circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic aid to place bets, navigate the Platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes, or software bugs to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated as a result of an obvious error will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity in relation to sporting events on which bets are placed via bm33.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or card games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Providing false information during registration, KYC verification, or any subsequent account review process.
• Accessing the Platform using VPN, proxy, or any other technology to disguise your geographical location or true identity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of deposits via your mobile financial service provider after funds have been used for betting.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bm33 support staff or other players via any communication channel.

Unauthorised use of bm33's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bm33 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the bm33 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to system downtime, technical malfunction, or connectivity issues beyond bm33's reasonable control.
• Errors or delays in the display of odds, scores, or game results caused by third-party data feeds.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to take reasonable security precautions.
• Loss of anticipated winnings or profits in connection with voided bets or promotions.
• Damage to your device or data resulting from accessing the bm33 Platform.

bm33's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by bm33's own negligence.

The bm33 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bm33 makes no warranty — express or implied — that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device is adequately protected before accessing the Platform.

Account Closure

You may request closure of your bm33 account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to account closure, all pending bets will be settled according to their natural outcome, and any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe.

bm33 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time without prior notice where bm33 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal purposes;
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players;
• The account holder is in breach of a self-exclusion commitment or responsible gaming restriction.

Where an account is closed by bm33 for cause, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation. Where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed, bm33 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance in full. bm33 will provide written notification of the outcome of any such investigation within a reasonable timeframe.

Disputes & Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to any aspect of the bm33 Platform — including a bet settlement, payment transaction, account action, or bonus decision — you should raise the matter with the bm33 support team in the first instance. The support team is available 24 hours a day, every day of the year, and will endeavour to resolve your complaint promptly and fairly.

All complaints should be submitted in writing, providing sufficient detail to allow bm33 to investigate the matter fully. This should include your account username, the date and time of the disputed event, the relevant bet or transaction reference number (if applicable), and a clear description of the issue. bm33 will acknowledge receipt of a written complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 7 business days.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction at the first level of support, you may request escalation to a senior member of the bm33 team. All escalated complaints will be reviewed by a team member not involved in the original response, and a final position will be communicated within 14 business days of escalation.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bm33 is incorporated and operates as an internationally licensed platform. By using the bm33 Platform, you acknowledge that online gambling regulations vary by jurisdiction and that you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your own country or region.

Nothing in these Terms limits bm33's rights under applicable international law or the laws of the jurisdiction in which it holds its operating licence. Where any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Players located in Bangladesh acknowledge that they access the bm33 Platform at their own risk and on their own initiative. bm33 does not represent or warrant that the Platform is appropriate or lawful for use in any specific location.
